Overview of our Portals
This article is designed for administrators managing Vocalised services. It will help you understand our portals and how tossing them to users based on their need.
Understanding user types
- Vocalised Administrator - this is a company admin who manages the Vocalised service, receives invoices and can authorise payments and can add and remove users.
- Anywhere Administrator (Business Voice) or Teams Admin Centre Administrator (Teams Voice) - manage and configure voice features like set up hunt groups.
- User - gets access to the Anywhere user portal and applications to user this services
If you are a single user, you will be a Vocalised administrator, Anywhere Administrator and a user.
The Vocalised Administrator can set up new users and re-assign users to be Vocalised and Anywhere Administrators from the Vocalised Portal.
Understanding the Portals
Vocalised uses a few different portals to manage services, each with a specific purpose. Each user will be sent login details in the welcome email for portals relevant to their profile. A typical user will get access to the Anywhere portal to manage basic features like voicemail. A Company administrator will get access to the Vocalised portal and

We do not provide access to the Teams Admin Centre to manage Teams Phone features.
