Overview of our Portals

This article is designed for administrators managing Vocalised services. It will help you understand our portals and how tossing them to users based on their need.

Understanding user types

  • Vocalised Administrator - this is a company admin who manages the Vocalised service, receives invoices and can authorise payments and can add and remove users.
  • User - gets access to the Anywhere user portal and applications to user this services

If you are a single user, you will be a Vocalised administrator, and a user.


The Vocalised Administrator can set up new users and re-assign users to be Vocalised Administrators in the Vocalised Portal.


Understanding the Portals

Vocalised uses a few different portals to manage services, each with a specific purpose. Each user will be sent login details in the welcome email for portals relevant to their profile.


We will be building additional integration for the portals and portal functions into the Vocalised MyAccount including,

Who Uses It

Vocalised My Account Portal

Main portal for managing packages, users, billing, support, and number management.

Vocalised Admins only

Anywhere Portal

Used for voice feature configuration such as voicemail and call forwarding

Business Voice users

Dubber Portal (Call recording)

Access and search call recordings

Only for users with a call recording license. Admin access can be requested from the Vocalised Portal
