This guide is designed for administrators managing Vocalised services. It will help you understand what is provided in the user welcome email.


Welcome Emails & Login Details

When a new user is created in the initial set-up journey or added later in the Vocalised Portal, the following access details are sent in a welcome email:

  • About your service: Details of the services, telephone number, voicemail access, login details and where to go for help.
  • 999 emergency services registration check: All users must confirm their primary address which will be added to the emergency services database.
  • Webex & Anywhere User Login: Username (registered user email address) and password for Webex and access to the Anywhere user Portal.
  • Dubber Portal: If Call Recording is enabled for the user a link is provided and users can login with the Anywhere Username and password.
  • ucSKILLS Access: Users receive a "set password" email for first-time access and login with their user email address.

It is possible to change the password for Anywhere, Webex and Dubber to Microsoft 365 single sign-on. This setting can be changed in the Vocalised Portal and can take up to 48 hours.
