How to get started with Webex for Business Phoneline and Business Voice

  • Download the Webex app for iOS, Android, PC, or Mac. https://www.webex.com/downloads.html
  • Your email address is used for your login for Webex, Anywhere user portal, and Dubber call recording if provided
  • Make and revive calls using the Webex App with your business number.
  • Set up voicemail by clicking the Voicemail icon in the Webex app.
  • Call, send messages and meet all from one app

  • The Vocalised Support Portal - browse articles, access quick setup videos, view portal guides and troubleshoot common issues.
  • Use our AI assistant on the website, for fast 24/7 answers
  • Raise support tickets from the AI assistant or email support@vocalised.co.uk - please note our tickets and support email are for vocalised and Anywhere administrators only
