Getting Started with Business Voice

This guide is designed specifically for all users of Vocalised services. It will help you understand what you get with Business Voice.


How to get started with Webex for Business Voice

  • Download the Webex app for iOS, Android, PC, or Mac. https://www.webex.com/downloads.html
  • Your email address is used for your login for Webex, Anywhere user portal, ucSKILLS, and Dubber call recording if provided
  • Make and revive calls using the Webex App with your business number.
  • Set up voicemail by clicking the Voicemail icon in the Webex app.
  • Call, send messages and meet al from one app
  • If you would like to use an approved IP phone to make and receive calls, the Vocalised Admin can register your device using the Anywhere Administrator portal using the MAC address typically found on the bottom go the phone and in the settings. It will take a coupe of minutes to register to your account.

Accessing ucSKILLS Training

  • The ucSKILLS portal is available to Business Voice users (but not Zebra Mobile or Business Phoneline users).
  • Admins and users are automatically assigned relevant content:
    • Admins receive access to the full library, including setup, configuration, feature videos, and admin tools
    • Users receive only user-level content, such as how to use Webex, manage their features in the user portal, devices, and voicemail
  • Go to ucskills.com and log in using the password link from your welcome email

  • The Vocalised Support Portal - browse articles, access quick setup videos, view portal guides and troubleshoot common issues.
  • Use our AI assistant on the website, for fast 24/7 answers
  • Raise support tickets from the AI assistant or email support@vocalised.co.uk - please note our tickets and support email are for vocalised and Anywhere administrators only
