Order New Numbers

Admins can order new business phone numbers through the Vocalised Portal at any time.

Please note: This feature will be launching in February, until then only assigned 03 numbers will be available.

Number Types Available:

• 01/02 UK Geographic Numbers (e.g. regional numbers like London, Manchester, Bristol)
• 03 National Numbers (Non-Geographic)
  • 030 reserved for registered charities and Community Interest Companies (CICs)
  • 033, 034 are available to all customers
• 08 Numbers will be launching soon

We do not support other types of numbers currently this includes international numbers and other non-geographic, premium and specialist numbers.

How It Works:

1. Go to the Numbers > Order New Numbers section
2. Choose the number type and area code
3. Select the quantity and confirm
4. Numbers are provisioned and added to your account
5. You’ll receive a notification when they’re ready
6. Assign them to users or features via the portal

We have a responsibility to ensure excess unused numbers are not being ordered and not used. If you hold over 20 unused numbers for more than 3 months which are not assigned to users or active features, we have the right to return them to our supplier.
