Roaming with Global Pass

This guide is designed for both administrators managing Vocalised services and users.

Zebra Mobile includes free roaming in 39 countries with the included Global Pass. These are split into Home Countries and Home Away Countries

🏠 Home Countries (Permanent Use)

You can reside and use your service permanently in these countries:

🧳 Home Away Countries (Up to 90 Days Use in 365 Days)

You can roam in these countries for up to 90 days within any 365-day period:

Bosnia and Herzegovina
Bulgaria
Canada
Croatia
Cyprus
Czech Republic
Estonia
Finland
Greece
Hungary
Iceland
Latvia
Liechtenstein
Lithuania
Malta
Netherlands

⚠️ Fair Use Policy: Usage in any Home Away Country is limited to 90 days within a 365-day period. Exceeding this limit may result in service restrictions.

Calls from abroad use the same business CLI as in the UK and your UK calling plan applies anywhere in a Global Pass destination.

Roaming Restrictions

Zebra Mobile only works in the 39 supported Global Pass countries.
Roaming is not supported outside these countries and calls will be barred automatically.
Wi-Fi calling will work outside of supported countries and you can receive SMS text messages.
More countries may be added to Global Pass in the future
A Day Pass add-on will be added in the future to give 24 hours use in the rest of the world.

International Calling

When travelling in a supported country, international calls are billed as if made from the UK
Charges follow the UK rate card
