Call Recording
This guide is designed for administrators managing Vocalised services. Only admins can assign or remove call recording from users in the Vocalised Portal.
Call Recording is available as an optional add-on for Business Voice users. Powered by Dubber, it provides secure, compliant recording with keyword search, playback, and storage options tailored to your needs.
Plans Available
- 90-Day Recording – Short-term storage for general compliance or audit trails
- 3-Year Recording – Medium-term archival for regulated industries
- Unlimited with Trends – Long-term storage plus AI features including keyword search, sentiment tagging, and trends dashboard
How It Works
- Call recording is linked to the Business Voice user and can record calls made on the landline and using Mobile Anywhere .
- It activates automatically after provisioning
- Users receive the link for the Dubber portal in the welcome email to listen to voice recordings and login in with the Anywhere username and password
Accessing Recordings
- Go to the Dubber Portal https://portal.hostedipr.co.uk/
- Login using the credentials provided in the welcome email
- Search by date, user, or keyword (Trends version only)
- Download, play back or share recordings securely
Assigning Call Recording [Admin-only]
- Log in to the Vocalised Portal
- Navigate to Manage Products, Users & Numbers
- Select the Call Recording add-on
- Choose the preferred retention level (90 days, 3 years, or Unlimited + Trends)
Changes take effect immediately and billing adjusts from the next cycle
