Music on Hold

This guide is designed for  administrators managing Vocalised services in the Anywhere Portal and need to manage call flow settings. ucSKILLS includes video tutorials covering the main call flow settings.

Music On Hold

Click Media on side menu, then Music On Hold to configure this service.

By default the System music is played when the Active During options are selected. For on hold calls, check the Call Hold box. This music is played for both internal and external calls. 

To have different internal on hold music, check the Use Other Music On Hold For Internal Calls box.

Custom Music On Hold

Within Media, click on Announcements to upload media file to Anywhere Portal. 

Once the file is loaded, then on Music On Hold the Select Media Object can be changed to Custom Music and select the correct MOH file.
